Trainin and fresher's trial

First of all guys, freshers trial is this tuesday at abbeydale. we would appreciate it if as many of the current players could make it down to help out and provide as many cars as possible and welcome all the freshers to the club. Meet outside S10 is a little earlier at 5.30 as there is a lot to sort out on the day.

As we cant realisticaly train as a squad on tuesday as well we will train at ponda rosa on wednesday. Try n get down to start at 5.45 so we can make the most of limited daylight.

Also for those who r keen, I will be doin hillsprints again up townend st (off springvale road) at 6pm tmrw (monday)

The first team had a great result at the weekend but we've got another big match at home against Leeds medics this weekend so we've all got to keep up the intensity. Also with so many players coming back now, n a whole heap of freshers, competition for places will be fierce. Hope to see as many of you as possible
