al has asked me to let everyone know that trainin will b at ponda rosa at 5.30 tmrw. wud b gud if as many of u cud make it b4 the big nams 7s tournament we hav at the weekend. hopefully i'll b able to join u as well, dependin on if i get much wrk done tmrw?! x
