I kno the weather is a bit rubbish today but would appreciate it if ppl who are around get down to ponda rosa for 5 today to hav a quick trainin sesh. plz spread the wrd!
also this friday, we r enterin a joint team with uni into the pocks 7s tournament. its quite a big event, n a fun day out so plz let me kno if yr interested in playin or watchin? we obviously hav a big league game on the saturday too so if there is anyone knocking around who i might not b aware of, plz let me kno.

there isnt a point for me coming over to play touch as my thumb is still a bit fucked. should be allright for sat though.
