trainin as usual

just a reminder to all that floodlit hill sprints will continue as usual even tho its pretty dark now. same time same place. also trainin as usual tmrw b4 adwick again at home. i know we had a comfortable win at the weekend but we need 2 put as many points as possible on em this sat 2 get our points difference good in the league. also we have to start buildin for the next couple of months where we hav sum really tough fixtures. much love tis xx
