squad vs york RI at home - 20/2/10

Last weekend was a great one for the club so lets keep it up against York this sat. They r currently top of the league but if we beat them n beat them well, we could go top! so lets start thinkin about it now!

P.s. also wantd to mention that it has been noted that a few ppl have repeatedly shown a poor attitude when it comes to training and im afraid to say that the majority have been from the first team. If u feel that training could be improved in any way, plz do not hesitate in speaking to myself or alex at any time. also if ur injured, we do appreciate u comin to trainin but plz do yr best to take part in as much as possible n not stand around havin a negative effect on trainin. we r also keen for injured players (particularly senior ones) to hav more of a coachin role and take the odd station etc if they cant train so again plz let myself or al kno in advance if u wont b able to take a full part in trainin. That way, those who wud like to train, but end up havin to coach, can train instead.

On mondays a few of us hav been doin fitness/sprints etc at ponda rosa. this is will become a regular occurance startin at 5pm as now it is a bit lighter in the evenings. obviously everyone wont b able to make it every week due to other commitments but it would b good for u personally and for the team if as many of u cud make it down so we can b in good shape for the next crucial part of the season.
