hey guys, well done on a good hard contact session last nite (for those that took part!) Fronting up is gonna be vital this wek so I hope everyone is mentally preparing themselves....

could every1 plz reply or txt me asap to confirm availability for trainin n match. also guys, try not to get too drunk on thurs or fri, n turn up 2 trainin n match with yr heads on plz.

those guys who arnt in the squad, i apologise but there r a lot of v good players in our squad this season. if u keep puttin it in at trainin n playin 4 the 2s n 3s i promise u will get a chance. plus we'r bound to pick up injuries etc along the way.
