trainin n tough month ahead!

congrats again guys on a pretty successful weekend. two hard fought matches which saw us win in the league away and draw away in nams, which means we'r still in a good position in both competitions. the next few weeks however r massive as we have 3 games in the league against very good opposition as well as a nams game against leeds all b4 xmas. so cud every1 plz do their best to make it to tuesday trainin and be available for the forthcomin matches. if not please try and let me know in advance. or try n get out of wotever it is that means u cant play!! hill sprints will also continue as usual on mondays.
