Preseason fitness, hands and touch

Alright ladies, there will be some light touch tomorrow and a few drills down at the ponderosa at 6 o'clock. Absolutely massive game this weekend so we all really need to focus on the up and coming saturday. On a lighter note, absolutely top class social on saturday, same again next weekend hopefully. See you all tomorrow.

Fitness and touch on tonight,older members of the club have a lecture about job applications but the session will be run by those there. See u Tuesday for trial times! X
