A New Dawn for the West End?

as i drove past the west end on sunday it appeared to be open! has anyone else seen this/been down to speak to someone?

i swear there was a sign in the window that said it was opening soon when i walked past about a week ago

ye i walked past yday and ther were people in ther, duno if it was open 4 business tho

im sure it may have bin open 2 day wen i walked past! not fully sure though... but people were deffo inside

yeah apparently it's open. Now i understand you may be thinking this is a case of the boy who cried wolf, but i have it on good faith that the west end is serving people. one of my housemates drove past yesterday and she (so being a girl wouldnt lie) said that there were people inside drinking. what they were drinking i dont know...and whether they were drinking cans or not i cannot be sure. x
