Cheerleaders; Frodo and Haights

Training on Friday is gonna be a 5.45 meet and we are gonna LEAVE AT SIX to make sure we get back for the six nations game (kicks of at 7.45). We haven't played a game for nearly 2 months now so training is really important so we can get lineouts, scrums, back moves etc up to scratch!! Meet for the game is at 12.30 (LEAVE AT 12.45) in number ones outside med school.

This is a huge game lads, its not often we get to play against a good student side. Last time we pushed them hard but didn't take our chances, we know that we can score against and beat these guys so lets start off 2011 with a WIN!
