The snows finally gone!

Hey guys, hope u all had a gud break over xmas n are ready to get stuck into the business end of the season! Due to a few surprising results promotion is still in our hand and NAMS is still a possibility as long as we put the effort in.

There will b hill sprints up townend end at 6pm tonite n trainin as usual tmrw!

Got massive games against Leeds medics and Liverpool medics this weekend so will be puttin out 2 strong squads so need everyone to make the effort n train!
