Hi Guys,
Lets get a good turn out at training this evening, even though the weather is shit. The only way we can carry on as a team and from last week is to train hard tue and fri. So lets have a good turn out tonight and take it into sat.
If you can train tonight for whatever reason please just tell me through here or on tissa training thing.

Cant make training today, ankle is almost better but still a bit dogy so dont wanna damage it in training again.
Should be fine for fri and sat

I cant train tonight either. The cut i got last week has not really healed much at all and i dont want to split it open again by training tonight. 
hopefully i will be good for the weekend though even though they did recommend 7-10 days of no physical contact.
