TOUR Update!!

Happy New Year Boys!!

Hope you are all well and those of you with exams are working hard! I've been enjoying the speculation on the first tour clue: some good detective work going on there! Unfortunately I cannot reveal anything!

Ok down to business.
1. The bad news first: I need the balance for tour payment as soon as possible. We've tried to do this so that its the same time as the arrival of student loans but I realise that everyone gets them at different times. However the tour company has insisted that we must pay by the end of January.

So in order to get the money to them, the absolute deadline for payment is Tuesday 25th January.
The amount is £170.00. If you're not back then please send a cheque payable to 'USUS Medics Rugby' to me at 50 Cundy Street, Walkley, Sheffield, S6 2WN.
IF YOU DON'T PAY YOU CAN'T COME ON TOUR AND YOU'LL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT!!!

2. If you don't have one already please can you apply for a european health insurance card ASAP at https://www.ehic.org.uk
You will be covered by insurance for tour and for playing but you need to have this card with you in addition!!
GET IT SORTED!!

3. Although we are travelling to the EU you STILL NEED A PASSPORT! And you'll need to bring this with you! So if you dont have one apply for one immediately because they can take 6 weeks to come through!! http://www.ips.gov.uk

4. I need to know what size you would like your tour shirt to be and a contact telephone number for you!
I haven't got a size chart at the moment unfortunately - I'm haggling with several kit suppliers! So if you can ask your mum what chest size you are or even better measure your chest that would be great! If you already have a preference on size then let me know!

I think thats it for now! I shall be returning to training after exams so you can bring cheques along to give to me or Baby Billy. I should have more info on Tour shirts and the next tour clue very soon!! In the meantime! SEND ME SOME MONEY!!

36' = Small
38' - 40' = Medium
42'-44' = Large
46' = XL
48'-50'= 2XL
52'-54'= 3XL
56' = 4XL
