absence from trainin

Hi guys, first of all i'd like to say thanks to every1 who trained 2nite. was a gud sesh n gave danny n me a lot to think about. one thing tho that has made life difficult for us is ppl missin at trainin week in week out. first of all it makes plannin trainin difficult as we dont kno who's gonna turn up! n secondly we don't kno who's around and available to play at the weekend. also its obviuosly better if as many ppl as possible cum 2 trainin so we can actually practice things together as a team and develop as a squad.

thanks to those of you who have been txtin danny, bolton n me when u've not been able to train but there r still a lot of ppl who don't, so basically ive started this thread so that on a monday or tuesday before trainin, if anyone knows they'r not gonna b able to train for wotever reason they can just post it on here n danny n i will then know. it will obviously help yr chances of selection if u post a msg so that we know ur still keen to play.

may the excuses commence...

Hi Tis, sorry i wasnt at training went to minor injures cos my thumbs been sore for a while and they decided to x ray me. They think i've damaged a ligament so said to rest in for 7-10 days.

Not going to be at hill sprints tonight, I've got massive amounts of work to do!
